Appetizer Snacks
1 can Chinese noodles
1 pkg. cashew nuts (salted)
2 c. Rice Chex
1/2 c. coconut (toasted)
1 t. curry powder
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 T. soy sauce
Put noodles, cashews, rice chex, and coconut in the crock pot, and stir. Add curry, ginger, butter and soy sauce. Mix well.
Cook: Low 3 to 5 hours
