Baked Apple

Crock Pot Recipe Dessert - Baked Apples

4 apples

1/2 c. butter (melted)

1/3 c. macadamia nuts

1/4 c. apricots (chopped, dried)

2 T. Ginger

1 T. Brown Sugar

3/4 c. Brandy

1/2 c. pudding mix (vanilla)

2 c. heavy cream

Slice off the tops and core the apples.

Mix together butter, nuts, apricots, ginger, and sugar. Stuff apples full with mixture. Then put the apples in crock pot. Pour brandy in the crock pot.

Cook Low 4 hours, or High 2 hours

Carefully remove apples. Mix together pudding mix and cream. Put in crock pot, and stir into brandy left in the crock pot.

Cook High for 30 minutes.

Stir pudding mixture until smooth.

To serve pour pudding mixture over apples.
