Banana Custard Recipe

Crock Pot Recipes - Banana Custard
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. Rum or milk
1/8 t. salt
1 banana sliced
20 vanilla wafers
Mix well the milk, sugar, eggs, rum, and salt.
Pour into casserole dish (we use silicone or the bread and cake pan)
Put a rack or balled up foil on the bottom of slow cooker. Then Pour one cup water in slow cooker.
Then place casserole dish in crock pot.
Cook: Low 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours
Then Put some custard in dessert bowls and add vanilla wafers and banana slices.
