Barbecue Beef Crock Pot Recipe

A barbecue beef crock pot recipe thats simple and one using a brisket.

Crock Pot Barbecue Beef Recipe

2 cans beans northern or white (drain & rinse)

3 - 4 c. cooked beef (cubed)

1 onion (chopped)

1/4 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. maple syrup

1/2 c. ketchup

2 T. prepared mustard

Put 1 c. water, brown sugar, and syrup in slow cooker. Stir. Then put beans and onions in and stir.

Cook: High 3 to 4 hours

Add ketchup and mustard

Cook: High 1 hour


Barbecue Brisket Crock Pot

1 c. ketchup

1 c. dijon mustard

1 c. chili sauce

3 T. cider vinegar

3 T. Worcestershire Sauce

2 T. honey

1 T. soy sauce

1/2 t. red pepper flakes

4 cloves garlic (minced)

5 lb. brisket

Mix ketchup, chili sauce, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a bowl. Use mixture to marinate with brisket. Overnight or at least 8 hours.

Put brisket in slow cooker. Add water about 3/4 cup to marinate sauce and stir. Put it in the slow cooker.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours
