BBQ Brisket2-3 lb brisket1 bottle brown sugar / hickory BBQ sauce1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 can hunts fire roasted tomatoes1 small onion slicedput everything in to crock pot. set on high and leave for 6 hours.
