Bean Dip Recipe
2 cans pinto beans (rinse and drain)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 c. onion (chopped)
1 c. salsa
1 T. oil
2 t. garlic (minced)
1 t. coriander
1 t. cumin
1 1/2 c. Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded)
1/4 c. cilantro (chopped)
Tortilla chips
Mix together beans, tomatoes, onion, salsa, oil, garlic, coriander, and cumin.
Cook: Low 4 to 6 hours
Using a potato masher mash beans.
Add cheese, and cilantro.
