Bean Soup

Vegetarian Cooking, Bean Soup
1 1/2 c. red, white and garbanzo beans
2 T. oil
2 onions (diced)
1/2 c. barley
4 potatoes (peel and slice)
2 T. onion soup powder
1 can tomatoes (diced)
Put beans in a container and fill with water. Put in the refrigerator over night.
Pour out the water.
Put oil and onions in a pan. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Put everything in crock pot and cover with water.
Cook for 5 to 7 hours.
