Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole, Eggs, Sausage
6 eggs (beat well)
1 to 2 lbs sausage (browned, drained)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
8 pieces of bread (cubed)
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 c. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Spray the crock pot with cooking spray. Put everything but the cheese into the crock pot and stir.
Then add cheese.
Cook on High for 2 hours. Then turn it down to Low and cook for 1 more hour.
