Chicken and Vegetable Chowder Recipe
In the Crock Pot.
1 lb. chicken (cut up into pieces)
1 can chicken broth
1 c. cream of potato soup
1 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
1 c. carrots (diced)
1 can mushrooms (sliced, drain)
1/2 c. onion (chop)
1/2 c. corn
2 t. garlic
1/2 t. thyme
1/3 c. half and half
Add and mix: Chicken, broth, soup, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onion, corn, garlic, and thyme in slow cooker.
Cook 5 to 6 hours on Low
Add Half and Half stir.
Cook Low 15 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with shredded cheese.
