Corned Beef in Crock Pot
12 red potatoes (small, quartered)
4 carrots (sliced)
4 lbs. corned beef brisket
2 onions (sliced)
3 bay leaves (whole)
8 black peppercorns (whole)
1 head cabbage (wedged)
Put potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Then add corned beef, onion, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Cover corned beef with water.
Cook Low 4 to 6 hours or High 2 to 3 hours
Put in cabbage.
