Corned Beef

Corned Beef for Saint Patricks Day
1 onion diced
1 c. apple juice
1 bay leaf
3 to 4 lbs. of corned beef brisket (should have spice package), cut in half
1 cabbage head cut into 8 big pieces
Put onion in slow cooker first. Mix together apple juice, bay leaf, and corned beef spice package. Put on top of onion. Then put in brisket and cabbage.
Cook Low 8 to 10 hours.
