Crock Pot Chicken Breast

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 t. herbes de provence

1/2 t. paprika

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1 T. olive oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

Mix together bread crumbs, paprika and herbs.

Put the mustard on the chicken breast and dip in bread crumb mixture.

Spray crock pot with Pam and put chicken in. pour olive oil and then chicken broth in the crock pot.

Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
