Crock Pot Chicken Recipes

Ingredients
3 T. Butter
2 T. Herbes de Provence you can find it on line or it has these spices in it rosemary, marjoram, basil, bay leaf, thyme
1 t. salt
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 t. pepper
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup diced sun dried tomatoes
1 can beef consomme
1/2 cup orange juice or dry vermouth
1/2 cup quartered Greek Olives
1 t. orange peel
2 T. basil
2 T. diced pimentos
2 T. parsley
Mix first 5 ingredients together and rub on chicken.
Place chicken in crock pot and add orange juice or vermouth, tomatoes, consomme, onions.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
Add in orange peel and olives.
Cook on high for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle chicken with basil, pimentos, and parsley.
