Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese
We have some crock pot macaroni and cheese recipes for you to look over.
Lower Fat
2 1/2 c. 2% or skim (fat free) milk 1 egg (beat well) 1 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 3 c. low fat cheddar cheese (shredded or cubed) 8 oz. macaroni (partially cooked) Put milk, egg, salt, pepper and cheese in slow cooker and mix well. Cook: high 1 hour Put macaroni in slow cooker and mix. Cook: Low 3 to 4 hours
With Velveeta
1 1/2 c. dry macaroni 1 T. butter 1 t. salt 1/2 lb. of Velveeta Cheese (cubed or sliced) 1 quart milk Put macaroni, butter and salt n crockpot and mix. Put the cheese on the top. Then pour the milk over the top. Cook: High 2 to 3 hours
With Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. macaroni (partially cooked) 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 c. milk 2 eggs (beat well) 3 c. cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Spray the slow cooker with Pam cooking spray. Put in the slow cooker macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, eggs, 3 c. cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well. On top put 1 c. cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook: Low 2 to 3 hours
