Crock Pot Pork Roast

Mexican Flavored Pork Roast

2 sliced onions

2 sliced carrots

2 chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers

3 minced garlic cloves

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 pork roast

Cut the pork roast in half. Put in the crock pot. Mix all the other ingredients in with pork roast.

Cover the crock pot and cook on the low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
