Crock Pot Rump Roast
2 t. garlic (minced)
1 t. salt
1 t. basil (dried)
1 t. oregano (dried)
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
2 to 3 lb. rump roast (boneless)
1 onion (quartered)
1 1/2 c. marinara pasta sauce
2 cans Great Northern Beans
1/4 c. fresh basil (shredded)
Mix together garlic, salt, basil, oregano, and pepper. Rub all over the roast.
Put onions in the slow cooker. Add meat. Pour pasta sauce over the top.
Cook Low 7 to 9 hours.
Add Beans.
Cook High 20 to 30 minutes
Serve with fresh basil.
