Crock Pot Appetizer Recipes
A selection of crock pot appetizer recipes.
Cheese dip for chips
1 pkg. large Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 can rotel tomatoes
1/4 lb. ground beef (browned)
1 to 2 bags tortilla chips
Put everything in slow cooker.
Cook: Low 2 to 3 hours
Serve warm
Meatballs
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. honey
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. onion (minced)
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1 pkg. frozen meatballs
Put everything in slow cooker and stir.
Cook: Low 3 to 5 hours, High 2 to 4 hours
Chicken crock pot wings
2 lbs poultry wings
1 1/2 T. paprika
1 T. chili powder
1 T. garlic salt
1 t. pepper
2 t. oregano
1 1/2 t. cumin
2 cans chicken broth
1 can tomatoes (peeled and diced)
1 can green chiles (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 t. salt
Put everything in the slow cooker and stir.
Cook: Low 6 to 7 hours
Sausages
3/4 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. prepared mustard
green onions (chopped)
1/2 to 1 lb. mini smoked sausages
Put everything in the slow cooker and stir.
Cook: Low 3 to 4 hours

Bean Dip
1 can refried beans
1 c. picante sauce
1 c. monterey jack cheese (shredded)
1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
2/3 c. sour cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 T. chili powder
1/4 t. cumin
Put everything in slow cooker and stir.
Cook: High 2 to 3 hours
Hard boiled eggs
6 eggs
water to cover eggs
Put eggs in slow cooker and pour water to cover
the top of the eggs.
Cook: Low 3 to 4 hours.
