Crock Pot Bean Recipes

Crock pot bean recipes are wonderfully inexpensive meals. They taste so good and fill you up!


Italian soup

1 lb. red potatoes (cut into 4 pieces each)

1 onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 cans beans

2 cans chicken broth

2 c. ham (diced)

1 t. basil

1 t. oregano

1/2 t. salt

Put everything in slow cooker.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours









Just Beans

1 pkg. dried beans (rinsed)

5 c. water.

Put everything in slow cooker.

Cook: Low 5 to 7 hours, High 3 to 4 hours









With Beef

1 pkg. dried beans (rinsed)

2 c. hot water

1 onion (chopped)

1/4 c. wine vinegar

1 t. liquid smoke

3 lbs. beef brisket

1 T. prepared mustard

3 T. worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 c. catsup

1/4 c. brown sugar

1/2 t. seasoned salt

Put beans, onion and water in slow cooker.

Mix catsup, worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar,

brown sugar, salt, and liquid smoke in a bowl.

Put beef on top of beans and pour mixture over top.

Cook: Low 9 to 10 hours.




Baked

2 cans red kidney beans(drained)

2 cans pinto beans (drained)

2 can chili beans (drained)

1 green pepper (chopped)

3/4 c. catsup

1 T. prepared mustard

1 t. liquid smoke

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. strong coffee

Put everything in slow cooker.

Cook: 4 to 5 hours.
