Crock Pot Cauliflower Recipe

A crock pot cauliflower recipe or two to cook in the slow cooker.


With cheese and broccoli

1 pkg. frozen cauliflower (thawed)

1 pkg. frozen broccoli (thawed)

1 can Cheddar cheese soup

4 slices bacon

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fry bacon till its crisp then put on paper towels to drain

off grease. Crumble bacon. Put broccoli and cauliflower in

slow cooker. Pour chedder cheese soup over vegetables, then

put bacon on top. Put salt and pepper next.

Cook: Low 4 to 5 hours

Put shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Cook: Low 30 minutes




With Olives

2 pkg. cauliflower (frozen)

1 can Cream of celery soup

1/2 jar green olives (sliced)

Cheese Slices (american)

1/2 c. Milk

1/4 c. Water

Put vegetable pkgs, then soup, then olives, then milk and water.

Cook: Low 4 to 5 hours

Put cheese slices on top

Cook: Low 15 to 25 minutes





With rice

3 C. rice

1 pkg. cauliflower (frozen)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkg. mushrooms (sliced)

1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 C. water

1 onion (dice)

Grease slow cooker. Put everything except cheese into slow cooker

and mix together.

Cook: Low 4 to 5 hours.

Put cheese on top.

Cook: Low 30 minutes



Mom's way

2 pkgs. cauliflower

water

butter

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

Put vegetables in slow cooker and cover with water.

Cook: Low 4 to 5 hours.

Mash up tender vegetables.

Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.

(my mom loves it this way and says its great!)
