Crock Pot Cooking Pork

Several recipes in the crock pot cooking pork roast.

4 lb. roast

6 apples (quartered)

1/2 cup apple juice

3 T. brown sugar

1 t. ginger

Put apples on the bottom.

Add roast then brown sugar and ginger.

Pour apple juice over top.

Setting: Low 10 to 12 hours





BBQ Sandwiches

1 roast

1 bottle BBQ sauce

1 c. water

Put everything in appliance.

Setting: Low 10 to 12 hours.





BBQ Strips

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. sherry (dry)

1/2 c. brown sugar

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 t. pepper

1/2 c. BBQ sauce

1 can pineapple chunks (don't drain)

3 lbs roast (cut into strips)

Put everything in appliance.

Setting: Low 8 to 10 hours
