Crock Pot Ham Cheese Soup

A couple of recipes for crock pot ham cheese soup.

2 lbs red potatoes (diced)

2 pkgs. cream cheese (soften)

1 can cream of potato soup

1 envelope ranch dressing mix (dry)

3 c. ham (diced)

Put potatoes, and meat in slow cooker.

Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and

soup in a bowl. Stir into slow cooker.

Cook: Low 8 hours

Add 1 to 2 T. milk





With Vegtables

8 potatoes (diced)

2 c. ham (diced)

2 carrots (diced)

2 stalks celery (diced)

1 onion (chopped)

5 c. water

1 t. salt

1 t. pepper

1 can evaporated milk

Put everything except milk in slow cooker.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours

Add evaporated milk.

Cook: Low 1 hour
