Crock Pot Pheasant Recipe

With Wild Rice

1 c. wild rice (uncooked)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can mushrooms

2 1/2 c. water

2 birds (cut up)

1 pkg. onion soup mix

Put everything in slow cooker.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours.

Oriental

1 bird (cut up)

1 c. water

1/2 c. vinegar

1/4 c. soy sauce

2 cloves garlic (minced)

Put everything in slow cooker.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours





With Dressing

1 bottle Russian dressing

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 jar apricot preserves

1 bird (cut up)

1/2 t. season salt

1/2 t. pepper

Put bird in bottom of slow cooker. Mix everything else together,

and pour over meat.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours.

BBQ

1 bird (cut up)

1 can tomato soup

1 can tomato paste

1 onion (chopped)

1 c. Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey

1/4 c. prepared mustard

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 T. chili powder

2 1/2 t.cumin

1 t. celery seeds

1 1/2 t. salt

1 1/2 t. pepper

1/2 t. allspice

1/3 c. brown sugar

Put bird in slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients and

pour over the meat.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours
