Crock Pot Porcupine Balls Recipes

Crock pot porcupine balls recipes are meatballs cooked with rice.

Made stuffed peppers using your Slow Cooker Porcupine Balls recipe. BEST I EVER HAD!!! Maybe include making stuffed peppers as an option for the recipe.

So we made up a stuffed peppers recipe from the porcupine balls recipe. Its good too!!! That Roy really knows his stuff!!!

Stuffed Green Peppers

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. uncooked rice

1/2 c. water

1/3 c. onion (chopped)

1 t. salt

1/2 t. celery salt

1/2 t. garlic powder

1/4 t. pepper

1 can tomato sauce

1 c. water

2 t. Worcestershire sauce

6 green bell peppers

Cut green peppers in half and remove everything from the insides.

Mix ground beef, rice, water, onion, and salt together

in a bowl. Put meat mixture in green peppers. Mix

everything else together in a bowl and pour over top of

stuffed peppers.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours





Regular

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. uncooked rice

1/2 c. water

1/3 c. onion (chopped)

1 t. salt

1/2 t. celery salt

1/2 t. garlic powder

1/4 t. pepper

1 can tomato sauce

1 c. water

2 t. Worcestershire sauce

Mix ground beef, rice, water, onion, and salt together

in a bowl. Make meatballs and put in slow cooker. Mix

everything else together in a bowl and pour over top of

meatballs.

Cook: Low 5 to 7 hours








Easy

1 lb. ground beef

2 boxes beef flavored Rice-a-Roni

1 egg

Mix everything together and form into

meatballs and put into slow cooker

Cook: High 3 to 4 hours


Low Carb

Sauce:

3 cans tomato sauce

1/2 c. water

Meatballs:

1/2 c. tomato juice

1 c. rice (uncooked)

1 lb. ground beef

1 egg

2 t. onion (chopped)

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

Make meatballs and then put in slow cooker.

Pour tomato sauce and water over top.

Cook: Low 5 to 7 hours
