Crockpot Roast Chicken

A crockpot roast chicken recipe made with frozen chicken breasts, carrots, potatoes, and more.

Ingredients

1 onion (cut into about 8 pieces)

1 lb. chicken breasts (frozen, boneless, skinless)

4 carrots (peeled, and cut into chunks)

4 celery (cut into about 4 pieces each)

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)

1 t. oregano

1 t. basil

2 t. garlic

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Layer into the slow cooker onions on the bottom.

Next add the chicken breasts on top of the onions.

Then put in the carrots, potatoes, and celery together.

Sprinkle the onion soup mix, oregano, basil and garlic over the top.

Last pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top of everything.

Cook on the low setting for 6 to 8 hours. There is no High setting for this recipe.

This feeds 4 people.
