With French Dressing 1 lb chicken breast (skinless, boneless) 1/4 c. french dressing (fat free) 1/3 c. apricot fruit (spreadable where you find the jelly and jam) 1 T. onion flakes Put meat in slow cooker. Stir together dressing, fruit, and onion. Pour over top of meat. Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours Servings 6 175 cal 3 gm fat 15 gm carb
