French Dip Roast

french dip, roast beef
2 lbs. beef roast
3 c. water
1 c. soy sauce light
1 t. rosemary
1 t. thyme
1 t. garlic powder
3 peppercorns
Put beef in crock pot. Then pour in everything else.
Cook High 5 to 6 hours
Slice the beef.
Use broth for dip.
