French Dip Sandwiches a simple Valentines Day favorite.

Slow Cooker Recipes

3 lbs beef roast

2 c. water

1/2 c. soy sauce

1 t. thyme

1 t. rosemary

1 t. garlic powder

4 to 5 peppercorns

8 sandwich rolls cut in half

Put roast in the crock pot, and water, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and peppercorns.

Cook: High 5 to 6 hours.

Use broth for dipping and meat for sandwiches
