Lemon Cake, Pudding, Cake, Recipe

This makes a pudding like cake you spoon out of the crock pot.

3 eggs (separate yolks from whites)

1/4 c. lemon juice

3 T. butter (melted)

1 1/2 c. milk

3/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. flour

1/8 c. salt

Take the egg whites and beat them till stiff peaks start forming. (I use an electric hand mixer)

Then take the yolks, and add lemon juice, butter and milk. Mix with the hand mixer.

Then mix sugar, flour, and salt together.

Put the yolks with the lemon juice in the sugar mixture. Use the hand mixer until its smooth.

You want to fold it into the egg whites.

Put it into the crock pot.

Cook High 2 to 3 hours
