Healthy Chicken Recipe
3 to 4 lbs chicken pieces skinless
2 c. milk skim
5 c. corn flakes crushed in a plastic bag
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Place chicken in milk and then into plastic bag an coat with corn flakes. Then put into crock pot.
Season with the salt and pepper.
cook 3 to 5 hours on high.
8 servings (480 cal per serving)
