3 lbs. chicken pieces skinless
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 t. chicken seasoning
1 T. canola oil
1 c. water
Mix together everything except chicken, water and oil. Coat chicken with mixture.
Brown chicken in pan with oil. Put into slow cooker. Put water around the chicken not over it.
Cook on the low setting 7 to 9 hours.
