How to Cook Chili Vegetarian

How to Cook Chili, vegetarian


2 onions diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 pkg frozen corn
2 cans black beans or chickpeas
1 to 1 1/2 cups picante sauce
salt for taste

Garnish:
grated cheese
cashew nuts



Saute onions in the olive oil, and then add garlic. When light brown,
add cumin, and cayenne, and peppers.

Put everything else in crock pot and add onion vegetable mixture above.


Cook Low 9 to 10 hours

Serve with grated cheese and/or cashew nuts.
