We have a how to cook london broil crockpot recipe for you. We were at a friends house, and she made this it is so good!

How to cook london broil Notes: Although you can make london broil in the crockpot.

You can also make it grilled or under a broiler. It is usually marinated.

It is made from round steak or flank steak.

One of the most important things to remember is to not cut the steak up into strips till after it is cooked. It will be no good if you let all the juices out!

Another important point if you are broiling or grilling is you need to tenderize the meat. You can pound it or rub it with your hands to tenderize it but don't cut it in any way.
