Minestrone Soup

Minestrone Soup, Beef, Vegetables
1 lb. beef (cubed)
6 c. water
1 can tomatoes (diced)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 onion (chopped)
2 T. parsley
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. thyme
1/2 t. pepper
1 zucchini squash (sliced)
2 c. cabbage (chopped)
1 can garbanzo beans (drain)
1 c. macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated)
Put beef, water, bouillon, tomatoes, parsley, onion, pepper, thyme, and salt in crock pot and mix.
Cook Low 7 to 9 hours.
Add zucchini, cabbage, beans, and macaroni.
Cook High 30 min to 1 hour.
Use Parmesan cheese for topping when serving.
