Pasta Beef and Bean Soup
2 c. beef broth
1 c. northern beans (drain)
1 c. tomatoes (diced, don't drain)
2 zucchini (diced)
1 T. olive oil
2 t. garlic
1 t. basil
1 t. oregano
1/2 c. shell pasta (small)
garlic croutons, and grated cheese to garnish
Mix everything together except pasta and garnishes in slow cooker.
Cook Low 3 to 4 hours.
Add pasta and stir.
Cook Low 1 hour
Garnish and eat.
