How to Make Beef Pepper Steak

Beef pepper steak is unmatched in flavor when cooked in a crock pot. The gravy lends itself well to the slow cooking process. We have two selections for you to try. A ground black one, and a green bell one.

Green

2-3 lbs. round steak

3 c. green bell peppers (chopped)

1/2 c. onions (chopped)

4 c. potatoes (diced)

1 jar Beef Gravy (or envelope gravy made)

1/2 t. garlic (minced)

Grease the slow cooker bottom and sides.

Put the beef pepper steak in a the slow cooker.

Then put the green pepper, onion and potatoes ontop of the meat.

Mix in the gravy and garlic.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours

Mix before you serve this.


Easy with Onion Recipe

1 1/2 c. green bell pepper (chopped)

2 T. onion (dried)

1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)

1 can tomato soup

1/4 c. water

1 T. soy sauce

1 t. parsley flakes

2-3 lbs round steak

Grease the slow cooker. Put the steak in theslow cooker. Then mix everything else together.Pour over meat.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours.


Black Pepper Steak

2-3 lbs. round steak

1 T. black pepper

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. sugar

4 T. Vinegar (cider)

4 T. water

Grease the slow cooker. Put steak in the slowcooker. Then mix everything else together.Pour over meat.

Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours
