Pork Chili

Pork Chili, Pork Steak, Green Chiles, Jalapeno Peppers, Recipe

3 lbs. pork steak (cubed)

1 garlic clove (minced)

3 T. oil

1/2 c. flour

2 cans beef broth

1 can tomato juice (large)

1 can tomatoes (crushed)

1 can green chiles (diced)

1 can jalapeno peppers (chopped)

1/4 c. lemon juice

2 t. cumin

1 t. sugar

3 cloves

Brown the pork and garlic in the oil on the stove. Put flour in and stir well.

Put pork in crock pot. Put everything else in crock pot.

Cook Low 6 to 8 hours.
