Pork Chop Crock Pot Recipe

We have a pork chop crock pot recipe or two for you here.

Company Food

8 pork chops

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. chicken broth

1/4 c. dijon mustard

1 T. garlic powder

1/2 t. pepper

1/2 t. thyme

1 onion (sliced)

6 potatoes (diced)

Brown the pork chops on both sides. Stir together everything else and put in crock pot.

Add meat.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours. or High 4 to 6 hours.



Family Food

6 to 8 pork chops

1 pkg. onion soup mix

3 c. onions (sliced)

3 c. diced tomatoes (from a can)

3 T. flour

1 c. water

Put pork chops in crock pot. Pour soup mix over top, then put onions on top of that. Add the tomatoes.

Cook: Low for 8 to 10 hours. Or High for 5 to 6 hours.

Then remove everything but liquid from crock pot. Add flour and water to make a gravy to serve over top of pork chops. Stir until gravy is thick.
