Pork Tenderloin Crock Pot Recipe

Pork Tenderloin with Fruit

2 lbs. pork tenderloin

2 apples (chopped)

1/2 c. apple sauce

green onions (chopped)

2 T. brown sugar

2 T. red vinegar

Cut pork up into small pieces. Put everything

into the crock pot. Stir.

Cook: Low 8 to 9 hours





Tenderloins ala Italian

2 T. oil

1 lb. tenderloins (cut into pieces)

1 lb. italian sausage (sliced)

2 carrots (chopped)

1/2 c. red pepper (diced)

1/2 c. green pepper (diced)

1 c. onion (chopped)

2 t. garlic powder

2 cans beans

1 can tomatoes

1 1/2 c. chicken broth

1/2 c. vinegar

1/2 t. marjoram

1/2 t. basil

1 t. thyme

1/4 t. fennel

1/2 t. oregano

Fry sausage in the oil. Put everything crock pot. Stir.

Cook: Low 10 to 12 hours.





With Rice

1/2 c. brown rice

3/4 c. white rice

1/4 c. butter

1/2 onion (chopped)

1 can mushrooms (sliced and drained)

1 t. thyme

1 t. sage

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

6 tenderloins

1 can beef stock

2 T. worcestershire sauce

1 t. paprika

1 t. nutmeg

Grease inside of slow cooker. Put brown and white rice

in frying pan with butter. Saute till light brown. Then

put mushrooms, thyme, sage, salt, onion, and pepper in

frying pan. Then put mixture into slow cooker. Put meat on

top of rice mixture. Pour beef stock and worcestershire sauce

over top of meat. Put nutmeg, paprika, and thyme over top.

Cook: Low 7 to 9 hours, or High 4 to 5 hours.
