Potato Salad Recipe
4 c. potatoes (peel, cube)
6 slices bacon (cook crisp, crumble)
1/2 c. onion (chop)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 T. cider vinegar
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. pepper
Cook potatoes covered with water, for 15 min. on stove. Medium Heat.
Then drain potatoes of water.
Mix everything into the crock pot.
Cook: Low 3 to 4 hours.
