Potato Salad

Potato Salad, potatoes
3 slices turkey bacon (lean, browned and crumbled)
3/4 c. onions (saute)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
1/4 c. water
2 T. cider vinegar
1/2 t. sugar
pepper
4 c. potatoes (cubed, partially cooked)
Put everything into the crock pot and stir.
Cook low for 2 to 4 hours.
