Stuffed Peppers 4 bell peppers 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 c. bbq. sauce 1 c. minute white rice (uncooked) 1 c. peas (frozen) 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed) 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. bbq. sauce Cut the tops off the peppers, and remove seeds. Put pork, 1/2 c. bbq. sauce, rice, and peas in mixing bowls and stir. Put mixture into pepper shells. Put Velveeta on top. Put 1/4 c. bbq. sauce, and water in slow cooker. Stir well. Put peppers standing up in slow cooker. Cook: Low 5 to 7 hours, or High 3 to 4 hours
