Pumpkin Pudding Crock Pot

With Bread 3 eggs 1 can pumpkin 1/2 t. nutmeg 1/4 t. cloves 1 1/2 t. cinnamon 3/4 c. sugar 3 T. water 3 c. bread (cubed) you can use Italian, French or Sourdough also 2 c. milk 1/2 c. walnuts (chopped) Whipped Cream In a bowl put eggs and mix well. Then put pumpkin, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon and mix well again. Then put mixture into slow cooker. Put water, sugar and milk in and stir well. Then fold in bread and nuts. Cook: High 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 hours. It will puff up when done. You cannot cook this on a low setting for a longer period of time. Then you take off the lid. Cook: 30 minutes. Put whipped cream on top and serve.
Pie 1 can pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs (beaten) 2 t. pumkin pie spice 1 t. lemon juice Grease slow cooker sides and bottom. Put everything in slow cooker and mix to smoothness. Cook: Low 3 hours
