-Roast
-Carrots
-Onions
-Jalapenos
-Celery
-Potatoes
-your choice of a seasoning
-Salt & Pepper
-Water
Thaw your roast. Start cutting up your vegetables. put half of the veggies in the bottom of the crock pot, then put the roast in, and then the rest of the veggies around and on top of the roast.
Sprinkle a little seasoning and salt and pepper over the top, add enough water to come up to the top of all the ingredients. Cook until veggies are soft and cooked, and meat is completely cooked.
