More Dinner 1 roast pepper 1 t. meat tenderizer 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 c. beef broth Put roast in crock pot. Put meat tenderizer and pepper on meat. Stir everything else together and put on top of roast. Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours.
