Roast Beef Crock Pot Recipes

Here are some Roast Beef Crock Pot Recipes.


With Vegetables

4 to 5 lbs roast

4 or 5 potatoes

1 onion (chopped)

2 carrots (chopped)

salt

pepper

1 ½ c. water

3 T. soy sauce

¼ c. brown sugar

1 T. lemon juice

½ c. vinegar

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Mix everything together except roast.

Put roast in crock pot.

Pour mixture over roast.

Cook: Low 10 to 12 hours.





Pot Roast

3 or 4 lb. roast

1 onion (chopped)

1/4 c. water

1 can mushrooms

1/4 c. catsup

1/4 c. wine vinegar

1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 t. salt

1/8 t. pepper

1 t. garlic powder

Put roast in crock pot. Mix onion,

water, catsup, vinegar, mushrooms,

Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper

and garlic. Pour over top of roast.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours





Simple

3 lb. Roast

5 potatoes (quartered)

1 jar Pizza sauce

Put potatoes in the bottom of the

crock pot. Then put roast in.

Pour pizza sauce over the top of

everything.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours
