Slow Cooker Meatballs
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion (chop)
2 eggs (beaten)
2 t. garlic (minced)
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. pepper
olive oil
spaghetti sauce
Mix together everything and make meatballs. Fry over medium heat browning on all sides.
Put in crock pot and pour sauce in.
Cook: Low 3 to 5 hours
Different ways to use meatballs:
1) Serve over cooked spaghetti.
2) Add a cup each of carrots, onions, and celery. Plus 2 cups beef broth. At the beginning of cooking. and make Meatball Stew.
3) Put them in a hoagie roll and have meatball subs.
