Swiss Steak Crock Pot Recipes

Here are some Swiss Steak Crock Pot Recipes. The one with mushrooms is excellent. I have had many compliments from company using that one!




Quick and Easy Recipe

2 lbs. round or Swiss steak

1 onion (sliced)

1 can tomatoes

Put everything in crock pot together.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours.





Steak with Mushroom

2 lbs. round steak, cut in strips

1/2 c. flour

1 onion (sliced)

1 pepper (chopped)

3 carrots (sliced)

1 can tomatoes

1 can mushrooms

Salt

Pepper

garlic powder

2 T. soy sauce

Mix together flour, salt, pepper and garlic.

Roll steak around in mixture.

Put meat in crockpot.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours





With Vegetables

2 lbs. round steak

flour

1 T. Oil

1 t. salt

1 t. pepper

2 pieces celery (sliced)

3 carrots (sliced)

1 can tomato

1 can tomato sauce

1/3 c. Catsup

3 t. Horseradish sauce

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll steak in flour

mixture. Fry meat in pan with oil, browning it

on both sides. Put everything into crock pot.

Cook: Low 8 to 10 hours
