Vegetable Stew Crock Pot Recipe
1 onion (chopped)
2 carrots (sliced)
1 c. green beans (diced)
2 green onions (sliced)
1 zucchini (sliced)
1 can garbanzo beans (rinse and drain)
2 cans tomatoes (diced and un-drained)
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Put onion, carrots, green beans, green onions, zucchini, garbanzo beans, tomatoes,salt, and pepper in crock pot.
Pour water and oil over top.
Cook: Low 6 to 8 hours
Serve with Mint
