Vegetarian Meals

Cabbage, potatoes, vegetarian
1 head cabbage leaves
5 lb potatoes peeled and grated
2 onion vegetable diced
1/2 cup rice
1 tsp dill
1/4 tsp pepper
2 egg whites
1 can tomatoes
1 apple peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp ginger
Mix together everything but the cabbage.
Use the leaves of cabbage and make layers that alternate with potato mixture.
Hint: each layer will have several cabbage leaves.
Or you can make a vegetable spread and put inside the cabbage leaves and stick a toothpick in to hold it.
We like the layered better
Cook Low 4 to 6 hours
